MORNING WORKOUT

This is the third day my roommate and I have gotten up at 6am to go workout. Our goal is to do it until March 7th, aka when we go home for spring break. If we end up liking it so much, we’ll continue to do it for the rest of the semester. Honestly, the hardest part is getting out of bed. When you know you have two more hours before you have to get ready that you could spend sleeping, this is not the easiest thing to do. I probably would have failed after day 1 if I didn’t have her to keep me accountable. Other than that, I enjoy it so much more. I have the rest of the day to do whatever I need to do (nap) and by the end of the day, it feels like I haven’t worked out at all. I barely remember it because I’m so tired lol. Anyways, getting up at the crack of dawn has been worth it.
